If your purchase from us did not meet your expectations and you wish to return the goods, you can send them back to us within fourteen days from the day you took possession of the goods. We bear the costs of the return and will send you a return label and a dangerous goods label by email. To notify us of the return, simply email us your cancellation, stating your order number, to:

For returns outside of Germany: If your purchase exceeds EUR 75.00, we will cover the return costs for you. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your order number to contact@cultcarcolors.de so that we can immediately send you a DHL return label and a special sticker that identifies the package and its contents (dangerous goods label). Please stick both on the package and hand it in at the nearest post office.

If your order was less than 75.00 euros, we ask you to pay the return costs yourself. We will be happy to email you a dangerous goods sticker, which you can stick on the package before shipping.

REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

Once we have received your return, we will immediately check it for quality. If the products are intact, you will be reimbursed the corresponding amount to the payment method or account used for the purchase. This usually takes place within ten days of receipt of the goods.
